Studelta, a career platform for starters looking for a social job, had been operating since 2005. They were not only recruiters, but they also trained and coached their talents in the important first stage of their careers. However, the ownership and the brand team felt their name and brand were not resonating with the new generation entering the workforce, nor with their clients. 

 

Rather than a light brand refresh, Studelta was abandoned entirely to create a new brand from scratch: The New Crew. In addition to the new name and positioning - the brand concept, visual identity, brand assets and communications were created.

The New Crew is here to help organizations rejuvenate and ‘ungrey’. They are here for the starters, for the ones who want to make a difference, in a social job. The New Crew helps them find that job, coaches them and makes them grow. Because nobody can change the system by themselves.
